Spicy Grilled Chicken


Materials:

4 boneless, skinless fillets

Olive oil

1 tbsp. chili powder

1 tsp. garlic salt

1 tsp. ground cumin

1/2 tsp. ground oregano

1/4 tsp. pepper

1 lime or lemon

1/2 cup salsa

 

Prepare:

Rinse chicken and pat dry.  Brush with olive oil.  Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl.  Sprinkle all over fillets, rub in well.  Grill over medium heat 5 minutes per side.  Squeeze lime or lemon juice over chicken and brush with salsa on both sides.  Grill 1 more minute each side.  Yields 4 servings.

 

Serve:

Serve over refried beans and rice, over broccoli and rice, or fajita style with beer.
